PARTY DETAILS

This year entertainment will be provided by Chris Logsdon

The party is a potluck style event, fueled heavily by our long-standing chili cook off, with heavy competition returning from years prior so get your apron on and sign up compete for the traveling trophy!

Please sign up so that we can account for the amount of crockpots! (In previous years we ended up with only a couple of people signed up, but then ended up with 30 crockpots full of Chili!)

ACSA will provide the fixings for the chili (Hotdogs, spaghetti, sour cream, cheese, green onions, oyster crackers, ect.)

If making chili isn't your thing, we also have a Jell-O shot competition if you prefer your libations of the jiggly variety! Bring your best 21+ Jell-O shots to share and see if you win the best in the bunch!

For our kiddos in the club there will be plenty of snacks and dancing for them to enjoy throughout the evening.

This isn't a party you'll want to miss- so bring your dancing shoes and your best recipes and be sure to RSVP!

Entry Ticket: $5 (log in or create a free ACSA account to prepay online)

Drink tickets: $1, variable ticket cost per drink.

We are able to take cash and credit card payments during the event.

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS:

• 5:30p Chili Cook Off (Deadline to Drop of Chili for Competition is 5:00pm)
• 6:00p Dinner & Live Music: Chris Logsdon - Entry $5
• 8:00p Jell-O Shoot Out (must provide 20 shots to enter and they must be delivered to the ASCA bar by 7:45pm)
