I am the original owner of an 18’ Catalina Capri Sailboat, in excellent condition, well maintained and needs nothing to sail this season. Always stored indoors off-season. All original except for upgrades. Recent bottom coat with epoxy and anti-fouling paint, self furling jib, head, smoked plastic hatch, new upholstery in cabin, sails without rips or tears, extra 130% jib, sail covers and sail bags, all rigging, lines, hardware, extra parts and safety equipment included; also boat cover- never used. Honda 5hp, 4 stroke engine with cover in like new condition that starts easily with 5gal gas supply. Trailer recently sandblasted and painted, good tires and spare, new folding jack, lights work, mast-up for easy mast raising. I have all documentation since new.
