Oldtown Loon 160 Tandem Kayak

The Oldtown Loon 160 kayak is a 16 foot, open cockpit tandem kayak that weighs about 75 pounds. It is a big, versatile boat with a 500 pound load capacity and it is designed for use as a single, tandem or three person boat. It is equipped with the optional remotely operated rear skeg (rudder) that allows the rear seat crew to keep a steady heading or make sharp turns. It has two rail mounted permanent fold-down seats that can be configured to allow for use of this boat as a single or to securely install the portable child seat.

This is a great family boat, especially for overnight trips as it has plenty of under and on deck space for all your gear. Included with the boat is the yakima front saddle and rear roller kayak rack that makes car-topping it possible by one person. This package includes Yakima round bars with towers, two Quest two-piece paddles with safety lines, a kayak bilge pump, a ground transport cart, fishing rod holders (one already installed, one to place where you want it), portable bow and stern battery powered navigation lights, two adult paddling vests, cockpit cover and removable child seat. It carries OHIO registration through March 1, 2927. There are some scratches on the hull but nothing major.
