ACSA is managing a sailboats only marina in boater's cove on Alum Creek. The facility became operational in June of the 2004 sailing season.

Facility:	ACSA is responsible for the operation of the sailboats only marina in boater's cove on Alum Creek. Our goal is to provide a sailboat-friendly home where all sailors can gather and share a common interest. The marina has 135 slips and is restricted to sailboats only. Want a Dock??:	A $200 deposit will add your name to the dockholder list. Print out the application form, fill it in and return it with your deposit to the address on the form.
The Basics:	There is no dock lottery! Docks are first come, first served. Once you have secured a dock by placing a deposit, you can choose a slip from the list of unassigned spots. The same dock is yours for as long as you pay your annual rental fee! When people give up their dock, you can apply for the spot if you'd like to move. Preference is given according to the criteria specified in the dock contract and the marina rules and regulations.
Pricing:	Refundable security deposit: $200 Annual Dock fee: $900 - must be paid in full before the slip can be occupied. Golden Buckeye Discount (must show card): $25 The pricing is subject to increase in future years in accordance with our contract with the State of Ohio. The renewal period for docks is 2/1 through 3/1 of each year.
